Privacy notice

This page is a working draft for legal review. It describes current product behavior. It is not a substitute for a privacy policy issued by counsel.

We store the identity your organization invited (name and email), your memberships, branches, qualifications, shifts, marketplace offers and claims, in-app notifications, and, if you use paid bounties, wallet ledger rows in integer minor units.

We do not store raw card numbers. Payment-provider references needed to confirm a deposit or withdrawal are stored only as needed to reconcile the ledger.

Share cards are created only when you ask. The public image contains counts, a period label, and product branding. It does not include employer name, coworker names, shift times, or addresses.

Ask your organization administrator if you need a copy of your data or want an account closed. Retention for financial and assignment history follows append-only audit rules and will be confirmed with counsel before a live pilot.
