shifty is a scheduling product with an internal marketplace. Employees can give up or swap an assigned shift, or attach a bounty so another eligible teammate is more likely to take it. Assignment never changes because a teammate agreed in the app. A server-side transfer happens only after eligibility checks and, when policy requires it, a manager decision.

The organization that invited you remains responsible for employment terms, wage rules, rest periods, and workplace policy. This product does not replace those obligations.

You must keep your sign-in details private, use only the memberships you were invited to, and not attempt to claim a shift you are not eligible for.

We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is being abused, a session was stolen, or continued use would break the marketplace invariants (for example, two winning claims on one offer).
